<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device displaying uniform images on a front face of an FED panel, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device equipped with a glass substrate 11 on which, a signal wiring 15 and an MIM element 12 connected to thin-film scanning wiring 14 is formed, and an opposing substrate 24 on which, a phosphor layers 25 emitting light 22 by electron beams 31 from the MIM element 12 is formed, as well as its manufacturing method, low-resistance scanning wiring buses 21 are firmly fixed by conductive adhesive layers 20 by transferring a low-resistance wiring pattern separately formed on a film substrate on the thin-film scanning wiring 14 and an upper electrode 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
