<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make walkable safely to an objective place at night by imparting light-emitting bodies provided continuously or noncontinuously along the longitudinal direction. <P>SOLUTION: The chair rail 1a provided inside a building has light-emitting diodes 41 arranged side by side at a plurality of intervals along the longitudinal direction 49 of the chair rail 1a and has a shielding part 3 for preventing the light emitted from the light-emitting diode 41 from being directly seen. Accordingly, the chair rail 1a has the light-emitting diodes 41 provided at a plurality of intervals along the longitudinal direction, and the inside of the building is illuminated by the light of the light-emitting diodes 41.
