PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic holey fiber capable of reducing the possibility of cracking and peeling in a boundary between a core and a clad and recycling and reutilizing the core and the clad without separating them. SOLUTION: The plastic holey fiber 10 is composed of a core 11 for propagating light and a clad 12 for reflecting light around the core 11, with a plurality of small holes 13 provided extending in the longitudinal direction inside the clad 12.
