PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input system which can flexibly select the storage destination for information inputted from an input device. SOLUTION: The input device 100, connected with an information processor 101 and is capable of transferring information to the connected information processor, comprises a storage part 103 which stores the inputted information, a connection detecting part 106 which detects whether the information processor is connected to the input device, and a control part 102a which performs control so as to store the inputted information in the storage part, and then transfer it from the storage part to the information processor, when the connection detecting part detects that the information processor is connected to the input device.
