PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rolling bearing device less liable to corrosion in a portion with which an elastic member of a sealing device has slide contact and superior in sealing performance and mass-productivity. SOLUTION: The wheel supporting rolling bearing device comprises an outward member 1, an inward member 3 consisting of a hub 4 and an inner ring 5, and rolling elements 10, 10 in two rows. The sealing devices 12a, 12a are provided between the inner peripheral face of an inner end portion of the outward member 1 and the outer peripheral face of an inner end portion of the inner ring 5 and between the inner peripheral face of an outer end portion of the outward member 1 and the outer peripheral face of an intermediate portion of the hub 4, respectively. The elastic member 217 of the sealing device 12b which has slide contact with the inner end face of a base portion of a mounting flange 7 of the hub 4 is formed of a rubber composition containing anti-rust.
