Drainage chamber (1) for body fluids, especially liquor, comprises a receiving chamber (3) defined by an outer wall (2), an inlet connector (6) for connecting to a drainage catheter, an outlet connector (7), and a ventilation connector (8). A spring-loaded closing element (15) pre- tensioned in the direction of a closed position closes the inlet connector and the ventilation connector in its closed position. The closing element is displaced against the spring tension by an actuating mechanism (17) into its open position to release the inlet connector and the ventilation connector. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a combination of a drainage chamber and a holder (21) for the drainage chamber. |
