<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which is capable of constituting a receiving circuit corresponding to a high-speed frequency change. <P>SOLUTION: A base band demodulator DEMO demodulates the received signals using a local frequency f1 equal to the lowest frequency of the hopping frequencies, The I and Q outputs of the base band demodulator DEMO are inputted to AD converters ADI and ADQ via low-pass filters LPFs. Sampling clock of clock frequencies fs is inputted into the AD converters ADI and ADQ respectively, and the clock frequency fs is changed in response to the timing of the frequency hopping of the received signals.
