<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer system which preliminarily compensates irregularities of a brightness of each LED at an LED array used in a printer head by an economical method, and immediately forms dots to a photoreceptor by data image-processed by a printer controller. <P>SOLUTION: In the printer system which is equipped with the printer controller and the printer head and forms dots based on light irradiated from the LED array onto the photoreceptor, the printer controller has a calibration data memory in which calibration data to calibrate an optical output of the LED array is stored, and an image processing part which carries out predetermined image processing on the basis of the calibration data and original data and sends data to the printer head. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
