PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously execute reducing delay of a voice packet and power-saving. SOLUTION: The wireless terminal is provided with a voice communication start detecting means for detecting the start of voice communication by a wireless LAN such as a VoIP, a reception timing sensing means for sensing the reception timing of the voice packet, when the voice communication start detecting means detects the start of the voice communication, and a start-up timing instructor for instructing start-up timing to the wireless module of the wireless terminal, the reception timing sensed by the reception timing sensing means. Using such a constitution, it is possible to start up near the reception timing of the voice packet.
