PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a plasma display device and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This is the assembly of the plasma display device which comprises a front panel, a panel assembly arranged so as to be opposed to this, and an exhaust pipe arranged at one side of the panel assembly, and in which the thickness T of the panel assembly and the length L of the exhaust pipe satisfies L/T≤2, and which can minimize the noise generated from the inner space of the panel assembly during driving of the assembly of the plasma display device.
