PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely photograph a rich expression which first makes the look of human being who becomes an object turned to camera side, and also makes him smile automatically for the person being who is the object of photographing. SOLUTION: While a memory apparatus 16, which stores beforehand a video image information and a speech information used at front-facing photography and speech information, is formed, an operation switch 11 which reads and processes information stored by a memory apparatus 16 to a position used as a portion which is easy to operate it, when it considers as status of facing photography, is formed. In a front-facing photography, the video image information and the speech information which evoke the interest of person being photographed which this operation switch 11 was operated and was stored by a memory apparatus 16 are read and processed. While the video image information stored by the memory apparatus 16 is displayed on a liquid crystal display panel 10, since the speech information stored by the memory apparatus 16 is reproduced by a loudspeaker 18, the line of sight of the person who becomes an object can first be made turned to the camera side and can be made to smile naturally.
