PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-frequency components, etc. of which the insertion loss in the required fundamental frequency band is minimized and a harmonic wave attenuation in the unwanted frequency band is maximized. SOLUTION: The high-frequency components comprise a branching circuit which branches a signal to a plurality of transmission/reception systems with different pass bands, a switching circuit which switches a transmission system and a receiving system to each of the transmission/reception systems, a switching circuit having a low-pass filter in each transmission system of the switching circuit and a high-frequency amplifier circuit having a semiconductor element, a power supply circuit and a matching circuit. In the high-frequency components, a phase adjustment circuit is provided between an output matching circuit of the high-frequency amplifier circuit and the transmission terminal of the switch circuit; and although matching between the switching circuit and the high-frequency amplifier circuit exists in relation to the phases, corresponding to conjugated matching in the required fundamental frequency band; in the unwanted frequency bands that are two to three times the unwanted band, the phase is adjusted to a relation corresponding to non-conjugated matching.
