PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device having superior response in writing. SOLUTION: Blocks including a plurality of memories are controlled respectively to conduct register transfer processing RP at continued different time periods in which each memory has resister transfer time TR. The resister transfer process is applied in parallel to the plurality of memories included in the same block. After completing the register transfer processing, then writing processing to a memory cell array starts.
