PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact of fluid with a sliding portion and prevent the mixture of foreign matters into the fluid by covering the sliding portion between a valve mounting block and a cylinder rod with a diaphragm. SOLUTION: This fluid control valve comprises the valve mounting block 1 having an inlet 5 and an outlet 6 and a valve element driving piston 7 having the cylinder rod 11 with a valve element 3 at the front end. The valve element driving piston 7 is slidably mounted on the valve mounting block 1 so as to move the valve element 3 in contact with a valve seat 4, close the inlet 5 and stop the flow of the fluid and to move the valve element 3 apart from the valve seat 4, open the inlet 5 and make the fluid flow from the inlet 5 to the outlet 6. On the valve element driving piston 7, the diaphragm 10 is provided ranging over from the cylinder block 11 to the valve mounting block 1 to cover the sliding portion 12.
