PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a flexible wire and equipment having good work efficiency in connection between a flexible wire and a shaft of the equipment, and to provide a sheet. SOLUTION: The shaft 171a is located so that the end face is visible from the outside of a gear box 331. A groove 601 holds peripheral part of the outer peripheral face of an outer casing 503 adjacent to an exposed portion 505 of an inner wire 507 of the flexible wire 501. A cover 611 is detachably provided in the groove 601 for holding remaining peripheral part of the outer peripheral face of the outer casing 503 of the flexible wire 501, which cannot be held by the groove 601.
