PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric for draining bags that is biodegradable, have excellent water-draining and dust-collecting properties. SOLUTION: Biodegradable fibers are integrally heat-bonded, then subjected to the perforation processing to prepare the nonwoven fabric. In this case, the size of the bored holes formed by the perforation processing is 1 to 7 mm in the narrow side and 2 to 17 mm in the long side and the total area of the bored hole is in the range of from 3 to 50% based on the total area of the nonwoven fabric.
