PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cleaning operation is difficult because a large quantity of water remains in a discharged water purifying device and is heavy. SOLUTION: Cloth, or the like, is placed on a partition in the discharged water purifying device for giving rise to the capillary phenomenon. In this way, water constantly remaining inside is reduced and the operating efficiency of cleaning is improved. Also, when the water remaining in the device is gelled by a water absorbent polymer, or the like, and is discarded, necessary treating agents such as the water absorbent polymer is reduced by reducing the water remaining inside and maintenance costs can be saved.
