PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which facilitates the putting in and out of dishes and is easy to use. SOLUTION: An opening portion 3 is formed at the front of a washing tub 11 provided in a body 1. The opening portion 3 is blocked by a door 4. The door 4 is composed of three door bodies including an upper door body 7, a middle door body 9 and a lower door body 8 connected by hinges 21 and 22. The release of the engagement between latches 27 and 27 and engaged portions 28 and 28 by pressing a pushbutton makes the middle door body 9 overlie the lower door body 8 and the upper door body 7 open above the middle door body 9 with the inside faced upward.
