PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and conveniently curl up eyelashes and apply mascara to the eyelashes, prevent the mascara applied to the eyelashes from running and getting lumpy, has a long lasting curling up effect and improve the utility of the mascara applicator. SOLUTION: The mascara applicator 1 has a mascara sticking means to stick the mascara to the eyelashes by thermal transfer or thermal fusion bond and a mascara supply means to supply the mascara to the mascara sticking means.
