PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling apparatus in which change-over function of a manual input-system external device can be confirmed and change-over of the manual input-based outside device is safely carried out and operation efficiency is improved by observing a display under one's hand while operating a round steering wheel. SOLUTION: The controlling apparatus in farm working machine is equipped with a plurality of kinds of output-system external devices such as actuator, a manual input-system external device for carrying out operation command to the each output-system external device, the round steering wheel for carrying out steering operation of the traveling part, a display means such as liquid crystal panel for displaying operation state of the output-system external device on a screen and control means connected to the manual input-system external device, the output-system external device and the display means. In the controlling apparatus, the display under one's hand having display screen such as a liquid crystal panel is installed in the round steering wheel and the controlling means displays an operation manual of the manual input-system external device selected and determined by operation of the display means.
