The blade (5) is used in combination with a lower blade and is held by a device assembled of a base (1), an adjusting mechanism (2), and the holding unit (4) exceeding from a transversally positioned element (3). An infrared sensor (6) is integrated in the element (3) in order to measure the temperature created when the unit is operated. The sensor element (6) or several of them belonging to several blade units can be connected to a display device.
