<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce exhaust emissions, such as ozone and an odor exhausted from the main body of an image forming apparatus, by a little space and a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A first air flow path 30 is vertically disposed behind an engine cover 20 and separately from the path 30, a second air flow path 50 is sidewise disposed above the engine cover 20. Air containing exhaust emissions such as ozone and odor substances generated in an image forming section and fixing section disposed within the engine cover 20 are sucked by the air intake port 30a of the air flow path 30, passed through a filter unit 32, and exhausted from an exhaust port below.
