<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic element, by which a high sound quality and a large volume can be realized, using low power consumption over a long time. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric acoustic element 10 is provided with a shim board 2, and a piezoelectric driving portion 31 formed on one side of the shim board 2. As for the piezoelectric acoustic element 10, the piezoelectric driving portion 31 is composed by mutually laminating electrode layers 18 and 19, and a piezoelectric layer 14, the shim board 2 is composed of a ceramic material, and the piezoelectric drive portion 31 and the shim board 2 are calcined to be integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
