<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for patients utilizing a hospital to wait for a long time to pay after examination or medical care and carry cash around in order to pay the expense of medical care. <P>SOLUTION: When a patient pays all expenses at a hospital, such as the expenses for medical care, examination, hospitalization, and surgery, the patient carries a consultation card affiliated with a credit company, a consultation card affiliated with a bank, or a consultation card affiliated with a prepaid card company. An IC and a memory chip are embedded in the consultation card.
