PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent user's privacy information from being leaked in a lending management system utilizing a radio tag device.

SOLUTION: A radio tag device 10 in which first variable ID information obtained by concealing first article ID information for specifying a book 20 to be lent is stored is previously attached to the book 20. At the time of lending the book 20, the input of user ID information is received and the first variable ID information stored in the radio tag device 10 attached to the book 20 is read out. The user ID information is concealed into the concealed user ID information, the first variable ID information is restored to the first article ID information and these information data are related to each other and stored in a lending management DB 75ba. Further, second variable ID information is generated from the first article ID information and overwritten in the radio tag device 10.
