PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering control apparatus which realizes a preferable steering characteristic for a driver during the high speed running, by improving a damping of the vehicle behavior during the steering torque input. SOLUTION: This vehicular steering control apparatus is provided with a motor 5 for torque control provided in a steering system having a steering wheel 1 to input steering torque from the driver, and a controller 13 to control the motor 5. The controller 13 controls to increase a phase delay of motor torque to the steering torque as the steering torque inputted becomes high frequency waves, achieving such frequency characteristics that the phase delay is around 180°.
