PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a good connecting condition of a contact member without requiring a strict accuracy condition on each part in a holder mounted with an ink tank provided with an ink feeding opening and the contact member displaying information of the ink tank side. SOLUTION: A holder side contact 14 to come into contact with the contact of the ink tank side is not fixed but is provided on a member 13 which displaces to a contact position by displacing accompanied with a mounting operation of the ink tank. The member 13 has an engaging part 15 capable of engaging a locking part 5 provided on the ink tank 1 and displacing in the direction in which the engagement is performed by being accompanied by the mounting operation, and is displaced to perform the contact in accordance with the displacement of the engaging part.
