PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cure fatigue of an automobile driver and to contribute to enhancement of safety. SOLUTION: A cabin 2 in the state that a concentration of oxygen is swung is realized by feeding oxygen-enriched air from an intermittent oxygen enrichment means 4 to the cabin 2 of the automobile 1.
