PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer film comprising a resin layer of an alicyclic structure containing polymer and a polypropylene resin composition layer, having a high adhesive strength between layers and usable as a film for a package. SOLUTION: The multi-layer film has at least a pair of a layer in which a layer comprised of a resin composition (A) containing an alicyclic structure containing polymer and a layer of a polypropylene resin composition (B) containing a hydrated material of an aromatic vinyl conjugated diene random copolymer are directly laminated and a weight ratio of (the polypropylene)/(the hydrated material of the aromatic vinyl conjugated diene random copolymer) in the polypropylene resin composition (B) is set in a range of 95/5 to 60/40.
