PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cream solder printing equipment, with which the coating of cream solder under the condition that the solder is fully ensured its positional accuracy to a substrate is possible with accompanying neither increase of the cost of equipment nor upsizing of the equipment. SOLUTION: This cream solder printing equipment 1 is equipped with a stencil mask 2, in which opening parts 24, 24 etc. passing through a top surface supplied with cream solder thereon and an under surface opposing to the substrate, a squeegee 3, which supplies the cream solder to the opening parts of the stencil mask through its sliding along the top face of the stencil mask, and a hammering mechanisms 4 giving shocks to the stencil mask in interlocking with the squeegee. In addition, tongues and grooves are formed on the wall face of the opening part of the stencil mask under the condition that the intervals between the tongues 24a, 24a etc. in the tongues and grooves are set to be not more than the half of the average particle diameter of the solder particles 200 including in the cream solder.
