PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die and so forth which can properly mold a molded article, which has an undercutting section, and on which a non-design surface and a design surface are formed, by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This molding die 2 is equipped with a first fixed die 21, a second fixed die 22, a movable die 23, and a sliding core 24. The movable die 23 is constituted in a manner to hold a non-design surface constituting layer 11, take it out from the first fixed die 21, and house it in the second fixed die 22. The first fixed die 21 is constituted in a manner to mold the non-design surface constituting layer 11 into a shape which corresponds to the shape of a section other than the undercutting section 1a. The second fixed die 22 is constituted in a manner to mold the outer shape of the design surface F2 over the total surface. The sliding core 24 is constituted in a manner to form the undercutting section 1a on a design surface constituting layer 12 by projecting to the second fixed die 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
