PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device, cutting a work without causing insufficient cutting or excessive cutting. SOLUTION: This cutting device is provided with a support 11 for supporting a plate-like work 21 and with a cutting blade 13 for cutting the work 21 on the support 11 by shearing. Further, the cutting device is provided with a work presser 14 for pressing the work 21 onto the support 11 prior to the cutting operation of the cutting blade 13. An angled part 15 is formed on a part of the support 11 corresponding to the knife edge 13a of the cutting blade 13.
