The adjustment device has platform device (5,6) and receiver system (3,4) whereby these are connected to each other. The receiver system is swivel mounted around system axis (14) of a pivoted frame (12). The platform device is connected with reference medium (15) and reference laser (2) is used for the projection on the reference medium. The reference laser is directly arranged on the pivoted frame. An independent claim is also included for the method.
