In apparatus for continuously degassing or deaerating liquid or pasty products, consisting of a vessel (2) in which the product is distributed by a system (8) of rotating disk(s) (9, 10) within the vessel, a supply device (6, 6a, 6b) and an outflow device (20), first and second products are applied continuously in a defined layer thickness (S) to first and second disks respectively, and flow from the disks under centrifugal force to be mixed together.
