<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer system which can easily print without paying attention to setting information peculiar to a printer. <P>SOLUTION: The printer system has a means which prints internal information of the printer and the setting information on the communication setting operation with the printer from an electronic device as a two-dimensional code. The electronic device which carries out communication with the printer has a means for reading the outputted two-dimensional code, a means for analyzing information of the read two-dimensional code, and a function of carrying out setting for the communication with the printer on the basis of the analyzed result. Printing data can be printed by carrying out communication to the printer on the basis of the information of the read two-dimensional code, and transmitting the printing data from the electronic device to the printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
