摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor cell having high measurement accuracy, used for specific detection of a test substance that uses photocurrent generated by photoexcitation of a sensitizing dye. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor cell has: a working electrode, a counter electrode provided facing the working electrode, a cell base material combined with the working electrode and the counter electrode to configure a flow passage, and a supply port and a discharge port communicating with the flow passage. As the working electrode, a working electrode having a conductive base material and an electron-accepting layer provided thereon, containing an electron-accepting substance, capable of accepting electrons emitted, according to the photoexcitation by the sensitizing dye is used.
