<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive surface protection sheet for an inexpensive solar cell which has thermal resistance, weather resistance, humidity resistance and other required functions, and to provide a solar cell module using it. <P>SOLUTION: The surface protection sheet (10) for a solar cell is formed of a lamination body which is formed by laminating a polycarbonate film layer (1) in a metallized thin film layer (5) side of a transparent metallized film layer (3) which is formed by laminating the metallized thin film layer (5) formed of at least aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, magnesium oxide or a mixture thereof in a transparent film layer (4), and a solar cell module (60) is prepared by using the surface protection sheet (10) for the solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
