<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having superior maintenance performance. <P>SOLUTION: The filter device for the air conditioner comprising an air filter 2 to be driven for collecting dusts in the air passing through a heat exchanger 20, a removing member 12c capable of removing the dusts attached to the air filter 2, and a dust storing portion 8 capable of storing the dusts removed by the removing member 12c, further comprises a suction device 9 communicated with the dust storing portion 8, and an air inflow portion 11 formed on the dust storing portion 8, thus the dusts attached to the air filter 2 can be automatically cleaned, which saves the trouble of periodically cleaning the air filter 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
