PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for mounting a rear seat entertainment device easily and quickly on a seat of a vehicle without affecting the height adjustment of a headrest. SOLUTION: This method includes a process of preparing a bracket having a connection part for connection to a seat and an installation wall for connection to the rear seat amusement device, a process of moving the headrest upward or removing the headrest from the seat so as to expose a headrest support tube and a flange of the support tube, and a process of installing the connection part of the bracket between the flange and a top surface of the seat in such a way that an opening of the connection part surround the support tube.
