PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventionally proposed method for using two decoders to switch and reproduce a plurality of moving picture files that is prone to be monotonous because the proposed method merely continuously decodes the plurality of moving picture files and switches display. SOLUTION: A continuous reproduction system for carrying out effect processing by using image frame data by a plurality of optional frames is proposed. The system informs an effect processing section for carrying out the effect processing about a degree of effective effect information, and the effect processing section carries out the effect processing on the basis of a degree of the effective effect information, the image data by a plurality of frames used for the effect processing, and effect type information.
