PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which realizes daily safety confirmation of elderly persons, children, and physically handicapped persons without using a special device or restricting their activity ranges while protecting their privacy, whenever and wherever a person wants to obtain safety confirmation. SOLUTION: In the information processing method, both an elderly person, a child, or a physically handicapped person and the person obtaining the safety confirmation are made to carry mobile communication terminals, and an Internet connection function already provided in the mobile communication terminals, an Internet server connected to the Internet, and a mail automatic transmission method of its program, and a transmission record information processing method are used to inexpensively realize the daily safety confirmation in a wide range, and a safety confirmation method is provided to a large number of persons by managing a plurality of users with a computer.
