PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect display panels having different sizes, without replacing the inspection stage. SOLUTION: This electrical connection device includes the first base having the first board-like opening, the second bases which are the four board-like second bases arranged in a frame shape on the first base, and a plurality of contactor units arranged at least on two adjacent second bases. The second bases can be moved two-dimensionally in a plane parallel to the first base, and a panel bracket which is a panel bracket for supporting the display panel, forming cooperatively the second opening opposite to the first opening is provided.
