PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic timepiece generating no flaw, no abrasion or the like on the outer circumferential surface of a rotor, even when an external operation member is operated at the calendar display correction time and/or at the time display correction time. SOLUTION: This electronic timepiece for rotating a calendar display wheel and/or a time display wheel by a gear train including the rotor 72 driven by a piezoelectric actuator 71 is characterized by including a correction gear train operated by the external operation member 399, and a detachment means 405e for separating the piezoelectric actuator 71 from the rotor 72 when performing calendar display correction and/or the time display correction by the correction gear train.
