PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye bolt applicable to a bolt which is generally commercially available and versatile, and unchanged as usual even in the function. SOLUTION: In the eye bolt, an annular ring main body in which a base for setting for an object to be set, and a ring for locking a suspension device are integrally formed is installed, and a through hole in which a tip end of the bolt which can be screwed and locked in the object to be set is inserted from the inside to the outside in the radial direction of the ring is bored in the base. The through hole and the bolt can be inserted notwithstanding that each axis is not aligned, a collar which can internally fit the through hole, and externally fit the bolt is installed, a collar tip end through hole part in which the tip end of the collar externally fits the bolt is formed in the through hole, a flange with a larger diameter than that of the tip end of the collar is formed at the base end of the collar, and a locking edge to bring it in contact with and lock the flange is installed in the base.
