PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing valve wherein the temperature of discharged water is not greatly changed even when supply water pressure is changed. SOLUTION: The mixing valve 10 comprises a valve element 24 having a water side valve portion 26, a hot water side valve portion 28 and a link portion 30 for linking them, and a water side valve seat 40 and a hot water side valve seat 42 corresponding to the valve portions. The openings of a water flow-in passage 20 and a hot water flow-in passage 22 are changed with the axial movement of the valve element 24, whereby a water/hot water flow-in rate is changed and water and hot water are made to flow into a mixing chamber 36 for mixing operation. A rotating impeller 60 is provided on the link portion 30 between the water side valve portion 26 as an internal passage 34 for water flowing therein and the hot water side valve portion 28.
