PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly form a solenoid valve unit having a plurality of solenoid valves. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve arrangement structure comprises a first solenoid valve 10 controlling hydraulic oil supplied to an intake valve phase change means changing the rotational phase of a camshaft for intake valve, a second solenoid valve 20 controlling hydraulic oil supplied to an exhaust valve phase change means changing the rotational phase of the camshaft for exhaust valve, and an oil filter 30 connected to the first solenoid valve 10 and the second solenoid valve 20 and filtrating the hydraulic oil supplied to the solenoid valves 10 and 20. The solenoid valves 10 and 20 and the oil filter 30 are integrally installed in a timing belt cover 100 disposed at the end part of an engine adjacently to each other, and the oil filter 30 is disposed between the solenoid valves 10 and 20.
