PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic locking device for furniture with drawers preventing the loss and forgery of keys without needing to carry/store the keys by electromagnetically locking a locking device for the furniture with drawers. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic locking device is provided with a lever operating part for performing locking/unlocking operation of the locking device, and an electromagnetic operating part for switching the locking state and unlocking state of the lever operating part. The lever operating part is provided with a lever with a handle and a turning shaft extending at the back face, a shaft fixing means for fixing or separating the turning shaft and a shaft coupling part for supporting the turning shaft, and an operating bar for locking/unlocking the locking device, with one end fixed to the end part of the turning shaft. The shaft fixing means is provided with a fixing key member reciprocated in a keyhole, and an elastic member for supporting the fixing key member in the keyhole. The shaft coupling part has a key guide slit, and when the key guide slit is adjusted to the keyhole, the fixing key member enters the key guide slit to switch over to the locking state.
