PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving retention of deformation of a new plastic constituted of a natural material and a biodegradable resin, such as a resin considered to be effective to global warming caused by carbon dioxide, a petroleum-running out problem, a garbage problem of a plastic, etc. SOLUTION: The method for improving the retention of the deformation comprises mixing 5-300 pts.wt. flexible resin group comprising at least one kind of biodegradable polyester resin having 50-1,000% elongation in the tensile characteristics, with 100 pts.wt. weak resin group comprising at least one kind of a biodegradable polyester resin having 1-30% elongation in the tensile characteristics, subjecting the resultant mixture to extrusion molding, cooling the extruded product to normal temperature, and heat-treating the cooled product at 30-150°C.
