The windmill has rotary cylindrical segment which is based on the Flettner Rotor principle. The rotary cylindrical segment which works on magnus effect, rotates with different speed. The device has an aerofoil shaped rotor blade, half hollow ball and other aerodynamic constructions and profile which are made of different materials.
