METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSPECTING FILLING OF GROUT IN SHEATH TUBE

A method and a device for securely inspecting whether the filled state of a grout in a sheath tube is excellent or not while fulfilling such requirements as a reduction in inspection time and the easiness of inspecting operation by improving the structure of the sheath tube. The method for inspecting the filling of the grout in the sheath tube (1) formed by inserting a long main reinforcement material (3) in the sheath (2) and filling the grout (4) in the sheath (2) comprises an inspection signal incident step for launching a wide band inspection signal (A) from the axial one end of the sheath tube (1) and a signal variation extraction step for extracting a signal variation (B) based on a difference in characteristic impedance between a correctly grout (4) filled part and a poorly grout filled part in the sheath tube (1). Then, the filled state of the grout (4) in the sheath tube (1) is discriminated based on the signal variation (B).
